A couple weeks ago our library had what they call "Messy Play Time" for their storytime hour. They had set up five different stations for the kids to rotate through: a play dough table, a "discovery box" with lots of things hidden in a big bucket of rice, a sand box, a water box, and a table mounded with piles of shaving cream.
We started at the play dough table.
Zelda, for some reason, wanted to smell the play dough.
And teased me with almost putting it in her mouth:
The girls liked all the stations, but their favorite was the shaving cream table. They had so much fun mushing it up and swirling it around the table.
