Here it is, my first chart:
On it I have the month, the month's theme, my main goal for the month, and my individual resolutions. It's printed out and taped to my bedroom wall, right next to my door. Every night I'll review my resolutions and mark whether I did them that day.
This picture is from when I first taped in on my wall a couple days ago, so it doesn't have the current check marks filled in. But so far, so good!
